Welcome to SquanchFoot! These terms apply to your use of squanchfoot.com and any purchase you make here. SquanchFoot is operated by SquanchFoot Mercantile, based in New York. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Pricing and Errors

We do our best to keep product info and pricing accurate. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Made to Order

Every item is printed on demand after you order. Production usually takes a few business days, plus shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and product images are digital mockups.

Returns and Refunds

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site belong to SquanchFoot Mercantile. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell them without written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not rights to the design.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquanchFoot Mercantile is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed while it's posted.
